The location was very central, right by French Quarter as well as eateries. The lunch in La Terasse close to the hotel had every choice imaginable. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe, TV set, and coffee/tea making equipment.

Great staff, very helpful and knew their stuff. The room had all the modern amenities I needed. The pool was lovely, and I enjoyed some refreshing drinks at the rooftop bar. 🍹

I had reasonably priced room with balcony. The location was perfect and magnificent, for example, Promenade Beach was not too far away from the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with very good coffee and nice butter. The service was excellent, and the rooms were tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed, ensuring privacy for guests.

The accessible room had good privacy and a nice bathroom, and the kitchen had an electric kettle and glassware.

During our stay at Petit Palais, we had a delightful experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the beach and within walking distance of all the attractions. The room was immaculate, as was the entire property. The breakfast, made to order, was delicious and served in a charming outdoor dining area. The rooftop dining area, with its ocean view, was simply breathtaking. The staff were always helpful and quick to assist us with any requests.

We had a fabulous stay at a chic boutique hotel. The rooftop pool was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was ideal, with charming cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and the AC kept us cool. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in the heart of the French quarters, making it perfect for exploring the charming streets of Pondicherry. The attention to detail in the beautifully designed rooms, complete with a balcony on the 2nd floor, is simply delightful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and a great way to start the day.
